Q: What hat size is it? not the dimensions - the hat size

I bought two of them. There is no sizing, but it fits me very loose (female) and my husband, who wears a 7 3/4, it is tight on. We guess it is a 7 1/4 - 7 1/2 max.

Q: Can top hat be used outdoor?

Sure. I wore it caroling last year and around town during the holidays. I'm looking forward to doing the same this year. It got a very favorable reaction from everyone.
