ESK-163L.5 - Hertz 6.5" 375W Peak 3-Way Component Speaker System

I bought this set for a Golf MkV 2dr and I am very pleased. The Autoleads SAK-3108 speaker adapter works perfectly with this set's woofer to make it a plug-n-play hookup. Tweeter fits the sail panel fine. Only trouble is the mid is a bit tight against the door skin and the u-clip speed nuts supplied with this set won't quite do the trick to mount this mid up to the MkV door panel, but a little critical thinking will bridge the gap for you. I ended up using some flat speed nuts but I bet an even better solution is out there.But review on this is obligatory since my seller, WoofersEtc, provided very attentive customer service and I think deserves a shout out. FedEx bunged up the shipment and the seller was very prompt and communicative with getting another shipment to me. Great customer service.

Nice sound with additional 6x9's 300 watts added to the rear doors and 2 10"JL Audio 650 watt subs 2 Amps with the Pioneer AVIC-5000 No distortion whats so ever the fidelity is outstanding...

Outstanding sound; if the crossover box would be smaller it'd be easier to fit on the door trims.
