These are the best insoles I've ever used. I was having trouble with pain that ran all the way from the front of my foot (I have a bunion) to my ankle, calf, knee, thigh and hip. The pain is gone now! It is easy to shape them to your foot by heating them in the oven. The instructions are simple and very clear. My podiatrist, who is retired now, used to sell them in his office.

Before this sole, my shoes were both a little too large for my feet and a little uncomfortable to walk a long distance in. The arch and support that this sole provide helped relief stress from my feet, and because this sole adds about half a size for the shoe, it also now made my shoes a perfect fit as well.

I've had trouble with foot discomfort for many years. For me, that was a sign of bigger back issues. My physical therapist recommended these after my second back surgery and I love them. I exercise regularly and use these in all of my shoes.

They're not any better than the insoles that came with my wolverine boots. So if you have crappy shoes or boots these will be great. If you have good boots or shoes most likely they already have good insoles or would be a good replacement when they get worn out.

I still need to add a gel atop it for extra cushioning.

This is a good product but just slightly too long for the shoes I purchased to wear with them.

My husband really like the way they fit. He said that it really helped him with his feet. His get doesn’t hurt like they did at the end of the day.

The price was a little higher but the quality and width was exactly what I was looking for. It brought my shoes back to life so I'll use them for another 6 months or so.

My forth pair!, Thick and comfy, I am a diabetic so Insole are very important to me, and these are great, the best Non Prescription ones I have found. Highly recommend!

Comfortable, good boot fit for a women's Wolverine from Marks Work Warehouse. I had another set I bought last year of the Sole insoles... but I am very hard on shoes and insoles so they look like pancakes now. The new pair have way better support, especially on the heel. I've also tried the Marks Modular insoles but I like Sole heatable insoles better. I do at least 12k steps daily but they are mostly carrying heavy stuff or up and down ladders on pavement, so I need these! Photos are from 1 year of wear vs. new insole. The old ones heel is ground right down and the arch support is gone. The old one also curled up foe some reason.

Good quality, good support and excellent pain relief for me.Nice high arch. The assembly is glued together nicely and manages well when inserted into tall boots.I accidentally said this fit properly but I'm size 8.5 and this is a 9. So I had to trim them a little. I assume if you wear size 9 they'll fit properly for you.
