I take 3 around 30-45 mins before cardio, can't say I've noticed any weight loss but then again my diet isn't the best! It's brilliant for giving you more energy & a 2nd wind as well, I play football once a week & the last 20 minutes I get energy out of nowhere. I recommend this to anyone who's wanting that energy for cardio, I will buy this often.

Glad I finally tried it..
Have really noticed a difference in my first bottle. I am getting leaner and I haven't even started an exercise program. I feel like I'm not craving certain foods either. I'd wanted to try this for a while and very glad I started.

Does what it says on the 'tin'
I've been taking three tablets half hour before a run...I have more energy, run faster and harder...since taking T5. I've also lost 2% body fat in 4 weeks. Great product. Takes about a week to kick in and can give you a very warm feeling in your stomach to begin with, but that seemed to go after a few days.I have noticed my muscle definition appearing, but this product has to be used with a good exercise regime and sensible eating to get the best results.

Best product that I've tried
I find this product amazing it's helped in my workout session .. I can train for much longer and it also helps me to stop snacking ..I will definitely be buying this product again .. And I will also be recommending this to my friends .
