Wow it works! The other day I had some with water, in the afternoon (about half a tea spoon) just to stay well awake when I was working. It doesn't taste nice (but it can be mixed with cereals, yogurt etc and that's better than with water) but I was feeling nice and alert. Then towards the evening I had about the same, and all was good. No palpitation or feeling a bit agitated like when I drink one coffee too many. Was working till late, then I go home, had dinner, relaxed a bit, went to bed... and I couldn't sleep. 3, 4, 5 AM, I got up, I was reading in bed... nothing, till 8 AM! Then I slept a few hours. Luckily it was Sunday so I just took it easy, and next time I'll be more careful - when/how much :)So just know that it works: it's a stimulant, it keeps you awake, no nasty effects (apart from feeling groggy the following day if you haven't slept:)

Much stronger than my last batch. I use a teaspon before the harder martial arts classes. I usually sleep no problem but was wired all night first two times I used this one. Reduced dosage to allow for the stregnth.A little grainy but the smoother stuff is twice the price so this still gets 5 stars from me. The grainyness is accomodated by a good deal price.I've seen other reports of the foul taste. Personally I put a (half, now) teaspoon in a small glass with a teaspoon of molasses and a little hot water and neck it like a tequila or double whiskey. It's not about the taste..great effect.

I add a heaped teaspoon of this to decaf coffee every morning and it gives me more energy than any strong coffee. Gives a nice lift to energy levels and doesn't leave me with any jitters, upset stomach of post caffeine crash like coffee sometimes does. The taste is quite bitter though (I think all guarana powder is?) so I add plenty of (dairy free in my case) milk to neutralise that a bit. I'm sure there are other ways of making it more palatable, but this works for me!

☀️Yea when I first purchased this Product iz fine then re-ordered during tail-off from pandemic €ffects & the product had become jumbled with some other product & I had to return it az it was not Guarana in the labelled package ... I bought from another seller and the Guarana arrived safe and well and the correct product in itz package I believe Amazon was able to pass on My concerns with the return and I assume "SevenHills" will have been able to correct the problem az soon az possible ... hope €verything works-out OK🌈🌴🌴🌏🎶☀️

I tried this as a coffee replacement; as it's supposed to give you that kickstart in the morning.The good thing about it is it does give you a bit of energy when you need it.The bad thing is I would not say it can replace coffee - if you like your coffee strong this will not do a great job at replacing it. But if you like your coffee long and not very strong it'll probably do the job.As far as taste goes it's more similar to a green tee than a coffee - drinkable though

I have experience with the product, and what i can say is really really works. In Brazil we blend with banana + syrup +peanuts +half avocado +ice +guaraná powder +a bit of you favorite milk. It is the best powerful smoothie it is amazing 😉Ps: i prefer honey them syrup
