My graded slabs didn't fit, either the case is too small or the foam is too thick, but it didn't fit. Doesn't the company tried them out before they sell them?

I got the item could not reset the lock combo! Place 78 slabs BGS, PSA,HGA,CGS,GMA case would not close case was a quarter inch shorter then my other case that does fit all graded cards slab height and width!
