My tree arrived super quickly. It was packed brilliantly and the roots were lovely and moist so no risk of drying out during transportation. The tree is healthy and exactly as described. I'm very happy with my purchase, and would buy again. X

Arrived in good condition
Tree arrived in good condition, well packed & taller than anticipated. Watered, temporarily re-potted until autumn is in full swing & the tree goes dormant before planting in final position.My only gripe, hence the 4 stars, the box, tree & pot had nothing to identify the tree as a Jacquemontii Birch 🤔 Time will tell, but I would recommend this seller 👍

I have planted this product with TLC in the garden. It is beginning to shoot nicely and I have great hopes for it looking forward to the leaves later in the season.

Silver wedding anniversary
It was a gift for a Silver Wedding Anniversary.Received in good ondition looking very fresh. My daughter x hubbie were very pleased with it

Very disappointing
Asked for 'silver birch.' But it isn't. The bark should b white or silvery, it's brown & exactly the same as every other tree. I wanted it as it stood out, & when I see them when driving around, the proper trees are beautiful. But this one is just ordinary. Very disappointed.
