The brush works very well, picking up hair off the furniture. The cleaning container also works very well. The reason for only 4 stars is that it is difficult for me to pull the brush out of the cleaner. Very tight fit. I have to hold it with my feet and use both hands. A younger, stronger person probably would not have a problem. This is a good product if you have pets.

It works well on smooth fabric but our couch it textured and it only picks up a fraction of the fur. On the dog bed (which is smooth) it picked up everything. So consider that before you buy. Also the bottom of the discard thing doesn’t come off easily. I had to get a flathead screwdriver to help. I’m hoping after some time it’ll be less tight and come off easier.

I just received these in the mail a few minutes ago I was anxious to try them it comes with a travel size and with a standard. The travel-size Works wonderful it's just one unit and the top does not pull out completely The Collection tray is easy to get off as far as the big one is concerned that works wonderful to it does take off fur and hair and whatever, but the only thing I have trouble with is getting it out of the container so I had to take off the collection tray on the bottom which is not hard to take off... Once you get that off separate the container just slightly because the brush is aheard to both of the sides and it will not pull out, so what I have done is when I use it I just take off the collection tray and then it makes it easy for me to pull in and out. YES, they really work and they work quite well, I just would not force it to come out without taking off the collection tray first. I would have given this 5 Stars if I could just pull it out easier.

Just got these yesterday (purchased two - one for my house and one from my son's house). Aside from having a little trouble pulling the wand out of its base the first few times...find it REALLY works well in removing my cat's hair from the upholstery and from clothing items. My son is also very impressed. BTW...my living room furniture is covered in microfiber and I am impressed how nicely the cushions look after the wand runs over the fabric's surface. VERY happy with my purchase!

For a family who owns two cats, the dropped hair of cats and human is a really large problem, especially if they jump to bed every night. The two pieces set can be applied for sheet and cloth separately.

Love this product. The travel one I keep in my car. I added arrows to help know which direction to use it with out checking. The large one works really well too. I tried it on my carpet as an experiment after vacuuming and was shocked at how well it works. So easy to use. I would suggest the manufacture adding the arrows though cause that helped us out immensely in using it properly. Anyone who says it doesn’t work just doesn’t know how to use it! Seriously. Until I added the arrows we were having some major issues with it. Now it works great! Love it. Also taking apart to clean is so easy!!

Slightly less than adequate brush. Definitely an imitation. The "teeth" on either side of the brush goes in the same direction so that means you have to use the same hand to utilize the brush. Not like other brushes that the "teeth" on either side of the brush go in opposite sides giving you the ability to switch hands.

I think this product is okay, it semi works and semi doesn’t. You have to pull hard to remove the bottom part to empty and pull hard to get the brush back out which if it didn’t pull hard I’m assuming the hair wouldn’t come off. Not really worth the pennies to me.
