Defected product and no refund
I have received a defected, cracked and old used product. Then I placed for return and refund. The agent took the product and updated that the product was not received which is a false calim as the person took and scan the product in front of me. It has been 15days and yet there is no update on when will I receive the refund also the customer are not helping enough to get back my money.
