Solid Cooling, Great Price
These Thermalright TL-C12C X3 fans surprised me — quiet, smooth, and easy to install. The bearings keep noise low, even when running steady around mid-RPM, and airflow feels strong enough to drop my case temps a few degrees. For the price, getting three quality PWM fans that perform this well is a steal. They’re not totally silent at full speed, but the balance of cooling performance, build quality, and value easily makes this a top pick for budget PC builds.

Good fans.
Quality fans at a great price. I started buying these fans a few months ago when my sons build needed a new fan. I was very impressed and when it came time to build my new machine I ordered these. The noise level is good and they seem to push airflow. I use to only by the beQuiet brand and though I have no issues with that brand I feel like the value is better with these.

Amazing quality for the price
These things are stellar for the price. Black color is perfect for my case. They are fairly quiet. They fit perfectly and even included some screws. Only used for a week so far but they are working great.

Good performance, good quality, good value for money.
Thank goodness I still had one of these laying around. I put a Noctua NF-A12x25 in my NAS box to replace an aging generic 1400 RPM fan that came with the case and it simply wasn't enough to handle the heat under system load. This fan does a great job. Much better temps, only slightly louder. I bought a batch of these and I think this was the last one I had in stock. Going to have to buy some more.

Good budget fan some what quiet at lowest rpm
They have a bit of a drone to them at medium rpm range. I went with these for pice and to match my thermal right peerless assassin 140 cooler. If you run them at their absolute lowest rpm they are fairly quiet and they seem to push air well at their lowest rpm. Be warned that I use a fan controller however. I have five of these hooked up to a fan controller and I’m disappointed because of the ‘quiet’ advertising. My hearing may be a bit more sensitive than other. If your doing a podcast you don’t want these in your pc next to you imo. They are of good value however if you can get away with using their lowest rpm. You could buy 9 of these for the price of a premium noctua fan. I was trying to avoid spending over $200 in fans but unfortunately it doesn’t look like that is gonna happen and will have to get the premium stuff. The premium noctua or be quiet stuff is $30 each. So five noctua fans is a whopping $150. I had to give four stars because of the price to performance ratio. If these were $15 I’d probably give 3 stars for example. I just wish they were more silent at their lowest rpm, but that’s what separates a premium $30 noctua fan to a $7 budget fan like this.

don't be fooled by the price
despite the low cost, these are awesome utilitarian fans. I have bought several of the 120mm and 140mm variants over the past 6~ months for utilitarian cooling purposes (pointed at or away from rack mounted equipment) and I'd say these are every bit as good as the (slightly) more expensive Arctic P series fans I have been buying as my go-to "favorite" for years. They do not FEEL as high quality as the Arctic fans. The plastic is definitely thinner, but the airflow and the loudness is comparable if not the same. and you cannot beat the price. We'll see how they last after a while, because I have Arctic P series fans I've been using for 6~ years with no noise or performance issues at all (same cannot be said about Be Quiet or Noctua products I have owned for the same amount of time) but for now I am liking these Thermalright products.

Great value for the price!
I built a NAS using Fractal Design Node 804 case. The case comes with three pre-installed fans - one exhaust each in the motherboard chamber and disk chamber and one intake fan in the front for the motherboard chamber. I have 5 HDDs and the disk temperatures were hovering slightly above 40C. Even though this temperature is well within tolerable range for current day HDDs. I wanted to see the temperatures lower. Of the three Thermalright fans, I installed two as intake fans on the front of the disk chamber and one as exhaust fan on the top of the motherboard chamber. The Fractal fans were dead silent but after installing these fans, I can hear some fan noise when I go close to the system. These fans in the configuration mentioned above reduced the disk temperatures by 10C. Very happy with the purchase. Of note, I did not realize that the fan power cable has a splitter so that you can connect of the three fans one to the other in series. This way you use only one slot on the motherboard for the three fans. I bought a fan hub not realizing the above setup.

Very quiet and efficient
Super quiet and moves a lot of air. This was perfect for replacing a worn out fan on an Antec quiet case. Highly recommended.

Great product!
Does a really good cooling job. Not loud, and very smooth. Best part, you just need one slot on your mother board as the 3 fans have interconnection between each other. One main slot for PC which regulates temp, and the rest 2 works with it.
