does exactly what it sayes on the box
have used this on several holiday trips now as well as storing my diabetic drugs at home and it has never let me down in my house or plugged into my car or simply running on the batteries was bit concerned about price at first but well worth it in the long run

Great looks and finish but doesn't cool enough. And the supplied car adaptor is dangerous!
Initial impression was great. Very nice appearance and high quality finish. Looked ideal for my epi-pens, but the interior dimension is 170x45x24mm, not 170x55x24mm as described. The advertised exterior dimensions are also incorrect (195x82x80mm, not 187x80x67mm). I plugged it into the mains and the temperature sensor immediately showed 7C, even though the room was 19C. This made me suspicious that the temperature readout is not related to the temperature in the storage compartment. Although the display showed that the cooler switched on, it soon switched off, cycling through on and off as a fridge would do. I set the desired temperature to 2C, and placed a thermometer in the compartment on the cooling plate base. 12 hours later the thermometer had reached only 11C in a room at 19C, so like another reviewer we concluded that this unit was unsuitable to keep medicines between 2 and 8C.While we were testing as above, I installed the car adaptor into the cigarette lighter in my car. There was a loud bang and a flash. Unlike every other car adaptor I have used in the past, the very cheap-looking one supplied with this product has a knurled metal top, instead of the normal plastic. When you insert the adaptor into the metal socket of the car cigarette lighter, the metal top short circuits the car electrics when you push it home. This is really dangerous, and if the ignition had been on at the time would have caused serious damage to the electrics of my car, probably costing thousands of pounds to rectify. I am hoping that my car has not been damaged. If you have one of these adaptors already, I suggest you throw it away and buy a non-metal replacement. I have reported this safety issue to Amazon.

Internal Size and Run Time
The unit runs all day and has managed to keep drops and other medication at 4 degrees with an average ambient temp of 28Value for money I am pleased with the unit and the customer support received to date.

Don't rely on the battery alone
I wanted to,wait a few weeks before writing this to give me time to test it. It arrived earlier than expected. I charged it fully up but the battery doesn't last as long as it claims. Also when running on a battery alone it tends to heat up and so will compromise my insulin. It works fine if plugged into the mains but I bought mine for travelling. As I can't always be near mains power I ended up buying a power bank portable charger. When this it fully charged and its plugged into the fridge it tends to run ok and stay at a cool temp. Ore I haven't actually checked the temp.

Necer charged. Not portable!
I got this for my father in the UK, we live in Mexico and the shipping to Mexico was more than the product itself. We were very happy until we tried charging it for hours and when disconnecting to the power, the fridge switched off. We tried several times and this did not work. I wish I could go back to the UK this same week to return it, but my economics dont allow it so I will have to keep it and not be able to use the most important and atttactive feature of this fridge.

It does what it is made to do
I have to take insulin, I also like to travel, having this refrigerator makes it easier for me to be able to store my insulin wherever I stay without having to worry about having a refrigerator on site.

Ok, works as it should..so far. Now only lasting 2 to 3 hours
Seems to work ok, no instructions in the box and not well wrapped up in the box. Will check it out in June on my holidaysUpdate June 19. Just tried it for the first time whilst on holiday. Battery only last max of 2 to 3 hours, not what I was expecting, had to use my phone power bank to keep it charged up. Not good. Have emailed seller. Will wait and see what they say.
