The box was visibly resealed and the items inside the package have clearly been placed inside randomly and upside down, how is this even allowed to be sold?

The box was clearly opened and the packs tampered with. Half the cards were upside down.

Brought all 3 and this one.....
Great pulls, got lucky with this one, got 2 rainbow cards and full arts! Where as the the other 2 wasnt so lucky with full arts
