I ordered these thinking that these would fail or be useless. Oh I was wrong. These are amazing! I've got these under a planter which holds about 70l of compost and plants and pots above that. They are bearing all that weight and still are manoeuvrable. Even after prolonged use in one position. And they lock too and hold their position on lock. Pros: - they can hold a lot of weight! - they work well outdoors exposed to soil and water - they do not deform after being in 1 position -they smoothly move - the locks hold in position even on a slight incline Cons - the colour is a bit naff - the screws are strong but very awkward to use and access when screwing in ( especially when under the wheel if you're screwing at 90 degrees) I would recommend these and a definite 10/10

I had some long garden troughs purpose built for the front of our house. One is 6 'x18" and the other is 5'x18" . Once full they would be impossible to move so, we needed castors. I bought these because, not only did the colour match my troughs, I am a girl after all, but they were also an excellent price coming as a pack of four, with brakes. Once received I realised that I had made a really, really excellent purchase because they were not only a good size and fit for my troughs but they were also brilliant quality. They were fitted and now I have fully functioning garden troughs that I can scoot about to my hearts content. They came next day, thank you Amazon, and I am thrilled with them and I never thought I would ever have to say that about a set of castors! If you need quality castors at a good price buy these they are really very good!

We have a rather heavy solid computer desk,which when originally bought years ago had plastic castor wheels fitted to it. The mounting plate size was 38mm square the wheels size was 50mm. But due to the extra weight being placed onto the desk over time, the original plastic castor wheels had become squashed and little bits of plastic started to break off from the wheels.Leaving the desk being unable to wheel freely about.When hoovering needed to be done behind it,most annoying. So we found these Brilliant "Heavy Duty Castor Wheels" as a replacement and they really are the business. The plate size of these new castor wheels is 50mm square as opposed to our original ones.but i just re drilled the holes to fit these new ones.Now we can freely wheel the desk with complete ease.Without marking the floor a real pleasure. Excellent in every respect,well built and the wheels are capable of handling a load capacity of 75kg per wheel,300kg total. That's (165.347 pounds) or ( 11.8105 stone) per wheel.So we won't have any worries about how much weight is on our desk from now on.Bonus is they also come with a lifetime warranty.Couldn't ask for any better and definitely recommend. 5 stars.

What a great buy,I found and ordered these from you and they arrived promptly,and were fitted with great ease,I was surprised to see that screws were included too. A different set was purchased from a well know DIY store and fitted to another item but within 2 attempts of trying to lock the wheels a clip broke off. The gbl castors are made and seem to be much stronger and more durable. I'll definitely be placing another order In the near future

The wheels are magnificent, I bought it because this piece of furniture that I had previously bought had the wheels broken the first time I moved it. Then look for stronger wheels and select these for the quality of use of the description, the very good price and the same day delivery. I assemble them myself. They work for what I need and are very strong.Something to say, for this type of furniture the screws are very long, but i change them for shorter ones and voila. They are perfect for me.

These are brilliant castors for the price. One of the wheels on our Karcher jet wash had broken and we couldn’t find a replacement, so we made a little wooden tray for it to stand on, out of decking board, then with put the casters on so we can move it. It’s worked really well and now it’s easier to move it than before! The castors are study and ideal for using outside. Very happy!

Bought these for a small table for my workshop. Didn't notice that there were only two casters with brakes (my bad) so it means the table isn't as still as it could be. they aren't bad quality, it's just I've bought better. For what you pay, they are a reasonable price.

I have use 2 sets of these caster wheels on 2 different projects. These projects are workbenches. They were a perfect match for both of them and allowed me to roll my workbenches easily on concrete floors in my own shop. I have probably loaded these 2 workbenches with heavy power tools and reach approximately 200+ pounds of combined weight on each of them. These wheels would not be the best choice for other rough or uneven surfaces as they might prevent a smooth movement being to small in diameter. That being said, these wheels were easily installed using the provided hardware. I simply used a smaller drill bit to make a pilot hole. This way, your wood won’t split when you tighten the provided screws. After a full year, these caster wheels are still going strong. I wouldn’t hesitate to get an extra set for another project in the future.
