A bit like my ex boyfriend, it has a tendency to tear up your hole.All massively gay jokes aside. Step bits are never great in my experience, this one is a bit meh to be honest. I was using it to put holes in a steel drum. It had a tendency to catch as the diameter got bigger and not cut through cleanly. I ended up using a holesaw to get cleaner holes.

The extended diameters that this cutter offers are great. It arrived well within predicted dates. It also has 120 degree flat faces on the shaft to ensure it doesn't slip in the drill chuck - essential for large diameter hole cutting.

DreadfulOnly drilling 3 or 4 mm mild steel. Using cutting oil and at low speed. Half way through the second 12mm hole it simply blunted. Absolute waste of money. Only positive was the quick refund.

Super. Finished the job that I started with a smaller bit (days of drilling). This beast did it in one go. Great value compared to the crazy prices in the DIY merchants for similar sized bits. Recommended.

It's a bit heavy.Before drill a hole i use a 6 drill bit after use cone.

What a waste of money.This tool is blunt, is not made of HSS material. It may do ok on thin aluminium but it’s useless at cutting mild steel.Save yourself grief and buy a better product.
