Q: May be a dumb question but i wanna be sure, what is the shelf life?

The ones I have on my shelf don't expire until 6/29/2019.

Q: Will this work for sciatic?

My husband had cramps from Diabetes. I have restless leg syndrome. It works for both of us. However, if your sciatic pain is because you get shooting pains down your leg due to a nerve in your spine being pinched, I'm not a doctor, but I'd think that isn't going to be helped with this. Right now, I'm going to disc centers of America. They have centers all around the country. Their help is amazing. I was at level 9 pain, could only walk at a 45° angle, my foot was dropping (major nerve damage) and I'm down to level 3, no foot drop, and I walked upright after my first visit.

Q: what are the ingredients ?

Ingredients: A carefully balanced mixture of certified organic unfiltered raw apple cider vinegar, juice from the ginger plant and just the right amount of all natural garlic juice in special combination so as to achieve almost instant relief from leg, foot and hand cramps. Salt and gluten free.
