It is impossible to produce an electrical current without a corresponding chemical reaction. ★If the LCD Display remains dim and does not respond well to fresh tap water, it is an indication that it is time to clean your electrodes by the following steps: 1. Empty the water tank and refill with fresh tap water. 2. Adding approx. 4 teaspoons of normal cooking vinegar. 3. Shake the water tank while being careful not to drop the clock or wet the outside of the LCD Display. 4. Remove the filler cap, allow the water-vinegar mixture to sit in the clock overnight. 5.
