These are really handy as they don’t need freezing you can keep them under your pillow and use when required

Good size. Used to cool legs at night. Cool well in air

These pads are excellent for 10-15 minutes and provide instant cooling relief, but will stop feeling cool after a while, turning it over doesn't work, so you'll need to use the other one (I'm glad they come in a set of 2). You can reuse after about 10 minutes, but for obvious reasons you don't want to keep changing them over when trying to sleep. Hence my only giving them 4 stars. However, great to fall asleep on and use in the night if you wake up feeling hot. Helpful for menopause symptoms. Although fine to put under a pillow case, I prefer to place mine on top of the case and lay my head directly on it for a full cooling affect, as I found if under a pillow case, its not as cooling and creases up. I do recommend this item though.

I use these religiously every night. They are very thin in comparison to others I’ve used and therefore will need replaced sooner. They do what they are supposed to do.

Bit cold on the feet

These self cooling pillow mats are brilliant for anyone who likes a cool pillow. Also handy for soothing headaches & neck pain. I have a bottle of Pepsi resting on one now just in case it could help keep it cool too. I bought this two pack to replace a big brand self cooling pillow mat I had for years, and am not disappointed at all. It's actually better having two as that allows more cooling time.

I was a little sceptical in how this can cool you down. They actually work. You lay your head on them and for about 30 minutes they cool your heads, or whenever you want cooled. I’m actually gobsmacked. Amazing. Worth every penny and you get two of them.
