It's a healthy seaweed addition to smoothies but have to add apple to improve the taste. I also add spinach and a slice of ginger and add water. Great healthy drink to start the day.

Great for my skin
I'm not going to pretend that it tastes nice but it's been great for me. I feel that my skin is smoother and my spots are healing faster, I definitely have a bit more spring in my step. Every morning I have a teaspoon mixed with water and do a small shot size glass followed by a big glass of water with lemon water or ACV in to take away the taste. It's quite strong so don't ruin your smoothies and try to disguise the taste, get it down you quick and enjoy the benefits.
