I've got a couple of the gel blaster guns and this is the best! It's got a good amount of power, but not too much that it really hurts and no one wants to play with you. I've had no issues with an jamming, when you first put in the gel beads point the gun to the ground for any excess water to come out, then you are all set to go. After a bad day at work these are a lot of fun, even if you aren't shooting at people. We've got a bunch of Nerf guns, but these win out every time with the kids since they don't need to pick up a 100 darts. Would highly recommend for any family.

I have been looking for a squirrel deterrent for use in my back yard and my sister suggested a pellet gun. However, I live in a neighborhood and didn't think that would be safe, plus I just want to scare the squirrels from eating my plants, not hurt them. When I saw this in an ad, I thought it would be perfect, and it has worked well. I don't know if it is the sound or the water beads hitting them. but they quickly scurry away and don't come back for a day or two. Plus, I am having a great deal of fun with this toy. My grandkids also like to target shoot with it against the garage. I am not a gun owner, but I do recommend this toy for squirrels and safe fun. Be sure to wear the protective goggles, as the water beads can sting, even if they bounce back at you off a fence!I am also impressed with the number of beads/bullets provided and how fun it is to see them expand in water!

Bought this for a birthday party dad battle. Most of us bought this, but a couple guys bought better ones and the price difference is very easy to see in the performance.The unanimous conclusion was that we wished we'd payed $20 extra bucks or so for a better one.These get the job done I suppose, but issues we faced were:Frequent jams, inaccuracy (we weren't expecting much, but these aren't very consistent at all), and lack of power.This product barely sends the gellets 30 yards without aiming at a 45ish degree angle into the air; and that's with a full charge. Oh, and the barrel attachment just takes power AWAY and makes the toy MORE inaccurate. So it's basically worthless.It was our first time using them, so the fun factor is definitely there. We had a blast! But personally, I just want a better one!

So, I learned right from the start. It took running a few beads through the gun at the correct size. Before it would shoot best. I thought I was going to return it. Once I figured out the water beads. All was good. Glad I didn't return it. I've had a lot of fun with it. It's also a great way to keep stray animals away. Just the sound when you pull the trigger starts them running. Huge plus they break apart so it simply scares them away.

Great little gun for kids especially. Not as powerful as I thought which is good actually. However it does shoot pretty far. Doesn’t hurt at all if shot up close but still wouldn’t recommend it . Another thing I worried about with the kids . My 6 year old loves it ! Another key I saw on other negative reviews is you MUST let the balls soak in water for the recommended 3-4 hours to get the proper thickness . If you don’t they will not shoot and fall out of gun.
