Much smaller than I was expecting
My cats do play with it but as they are big boys its a bit small for them. I would not buy another

Happy!
My kitten didn't need any encouragement playing with this toy, the minute she heard the crinkling of the toy she went in for the kill! Biting and kicking and rolling around on the floor with it, she loves the fabric of the tail especially when you tease her with the mouse she tries to catch the tail with her claws. The only issue I have with this toy is when the cat decides to chew on the tail the material comes out and she eats it, also the toy tends to smell after a while and its not the cat nip! Overall still a good purchase!

Kong toys are the best
My cat had the kitten version so thought he'd go for this, sadly not! He usually loves Kong toys but it could be that it crinkles and he's not top keen.

My cats love it, but you can buy a bigger one...
I bought this back in February this year and it's still intact and still played with by my two housecats. If I hold it by the mouse end and wave the fluffy part at them they go crazy for it! One even carries it around the house with her everywhere - if she's upstairs then the mouse will be, too. They aren't as crazy about it as they use to be though, I suspect the smell of the catnip is wearing out or they've got a little used to it. For the price though you really can't go wrong and they still enjoy playing with it.Although - spolier alert - you can get one that's twice the size (so better for playing wrestling games with) from pets at home for not much extra.

Effective, but small
These Kickeroo toys are smaller than the other ones which are rectangular (not mouse-shaped) but our kitty loves it all the same! They might be better suited to a kitten. Also, it is crinkly, so be sure to take it away from your cat before bed or he will likely wake you in the middle of the night with his noisy playing! (Ours definitely does!) Also, it has bead 'eyes' which may be a choking hazard, but they are easily removed with scissors. Our shy, cautious kitty was scared of it at first, but has grown to love it, and does kick at it quite a bit. I think the larger Kickeroo toys are better for adult cats, as they are the appropriate size, but they are not crinkly so I guess it's up to the cat to determine what is best. Very cute toy!

My cat loved it but ripped it open within a day
My cat loved this little mouse. It had a satisfying crinkling sound when he played with it and he went mad for the catnip. Unfortunately within 24 hours of getting it he'd torn in to the back of it and was licking out the fluff inside. I didn't really want him eating it so I had to discard the toy.I had however already ordered the larger kickeroo (http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B001JQLKU8/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_1) which he also loves and is still going strong. I would recommend the larger version if you have a big/strong cat. Mine is about 6kg, not overweight just very large. If you have a similarly sized cat it may be worth avoiding this. The product seemed relatively well put together but he really attacked it and it didn't hold up to the onslaught! He enjoyed it but maybe a bit too much. I'd recommend this toy only for smaller cats.

Kickeroo Mouse
Well Kong have done it again. Faithful to their products for dogs for a number of years, I gave this a try. Left it on the floor, to be ignored by his Royal Highness for around 2 hours, next thing I know, the cat who is too superior for any toys is going at it like a jack-hammer. Amazing - trust in Kong!! You'll see why they're called 'Kickeroo's' too - I'm still amazed (and laughing) three days later!!! No sign of wear either, and our cat is BIG!!!

Wasn't my cat's thing.
Ordered this for my newly adopted cat thinking he needs more toys, but he finds absolutely no interest whatsoever in his Kong Kickeroo Mouse regardless of how much I try to tease him with it, he looks at me as if to say "you expect me to play with that overpriced piece of tat? 'Eff off".And I do feel it is quite overpriced for what it is and in my opinion similar objects could be found for 1/3 of the price in a Supermarket or a Discount store (pound shops, things like that). It's felt fabric with a crinkly filling, flat as a pancake and with a bit of fluff sewn to it's bum. Not exactly imaginative or interesting to Sabbath (or perhaps he's just picky). It's akin to something you'd find attached to a toddler's buggy, nothing special, just a noisy piece of fluff.Could see the attraction if your cat likes the sound of tissue paper and bags rustling. Mine doesn't (finicky feline).
