Excellent capability for playing games, good value for money. This is the second one as the laptop precious to this broke. Nice and bright and pretty colours. Perfectly functional, clean good computer

Pc Bundle arrived on the stated date packaged nice and securely. The PC was set up nice and easy and runs like a dream.I had a minor issue with the RGB lights (which was my fault) in the computer and contacted the seller. They replied the next working day walking me through the issue so you know they care and have good customer service.Wonderful company and I will definitely buy from them again.

Working well from the off. Hardly any setup time required and I am more than happy with its performance. My gaming experience has gone up a notch with the ultra graphics settings and increase in frame rate. Huge case with multitude of fans keeping things cool. Fan noise is noticeable but acceptable. This is replacing my previous 2 year old system and I consider it to be good value for money.Only thing I changed was WiFi dongle but that was OK for initial setting up.

I’ve been using this Vibox gaming PC for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with its performance. It handles everything I throw at it, from daily tasks to streaming, but where it shines for me is gaming. I can play GTA V with good frame rates and high graphics settings without any issues, making for an immersive experience.Unfortunately, the original GPU became faulty after a short period, which was disappointing. However, the Vibox customer service team was outstanding. I contacted them about the issue, and they promptly sent me a replacement GPU without any hassle after returning the faulty. The new GPU works perfectly, and I’m back to gaming in no time.Overall, this PC is a solid choice. The customer support alone makes it worth considering, knowing that they stand by their product and offer support. I’m giving it 4 stars because of the initial GPU issue, but otherwise, it’s been a fantastic purchase!

Everything works well witb good peformance and fast loading. Not noisy. Only issues were with me not reading the set up instructions properly, but customrr services got me sorted out eventually.

PC is fantastic and my son loves it. The service received was second to none. Very very responsive with all the questions I had. They are more than happy to help and this is what has made me recommend them to all friends and family. The PC is is perfect, you will not get a better spec for the price. Ok the bad bits, packaging is quite poor for a PC over 2k you expect a little better packaging appreciate may have been damaged in transit. Instructions in the box could have been better. Power cord for the PC was not in the box. As we ordered the bundle you get two kettle leads in the monitor box but one is European. So slightly cheeky or they should state kettle lead required for PC. Other than that like I said best spec for money and the service is amazing. Please remain this way.

The system arrived and was very well packed. The system looks amazing and after contacting Vibox with a number of small issues( location of drive bays), windows product key and location of led colour control). I received a reply straight away. Clear instructions which included photos showing exactly what I had asked for. So Packaging, Product and Service were outstanding, would definately use Vibox again and recommend to others. Thank You
