SorryNo good product.it is difficult to insert your HDD, it will break!

Little bit stiff to get the drives in, found it a little difficult to get the drives to fit into the caddy without risking bending the pins, so invested a few extra quid in an IDE cable/power extenders.

does the job perfect. its made my life easy.

I needed to copy data from an old 2.5" IDE drive as a one -off so didn't want to spend very much. The dock arrived quickly with Prime.The instructions and installation & manual CD are a waste of material, and no help whatever. I plugged it all in, and nothing happened, it wasn't being recognised at all in Device Manager (Win 10). After about 10 tries turning it on and off, and plugging the USB into different ports, there was a hint something was happening, and the drivers began to install. After that it worked intermittently, but just long enough to get the files copied.If you need to do any serious work, or plan to use it long-term, try something else. For a one-off job it's just about OK.Note: Win 10 didn't need drivers to be downloaded or installed from the CD

I thought this was with the multipoint usb sd card at the front. The manual shows that model?I arrived on time all good exempt probably my mistake.
