Lamy joy black - calligraphy fountain pen with ergonomic grip & polished steel nib in line width 1.9 mm - Calligraphy Fountain Pen with ribbon nib - incl. ink cartridge T 10 blue

Been searching for ages for the perfect italic nibbed pen. Now found it. This writes beautifully, smoothly and is just great. I'm not a fan of cartridges so I've ordered the alternative Lamy cartridge converter. I've already got another Lamy pen (1.1 mm nib) plus converter and delighted with that too. Very reasonably priced for an excellent pen.

A wonderful pen with perfect knib I own 3 Lamy pens and they never let you down used with Lamy cartridges they turn writing into an art. Should also say the pen comes 'ready to go' with free cartridge inserted. Great value

The pen is superb, as with all Lamy Pens, I have yet to use a Lamy pen that is not ready to write straight from the box. I have four Lamy Fountain Pens, one just the normal medium nib fountain pen, and three with caligraphy nibs of varying widths, absolutly brilliant.

I have several Lamy pens, which I use constantly. I bought this one to avoid changing nibs - I know a bit lazy. I have a similar model with the 1.5 nib and this one has the 1.9. Looks exactly the same as my previous model, with the exception of the nib, which is a bit scratched and the Lamy name is not as clear. That was my only criticism. The pen writes like my others and has been used many times since purchase.

I am delighted with the new Lamy. I have used them for many years but not replaced the nibs and I feel the improvement. They really suit my style of handwriting and seem to make anything you write look better. I love the italic nib which automatically transforms your writing into calligraphy! The pen is very comfortable to hold, doesn’t leak or flood and is excellent value for money.

This is the fourth pen l have bought after a year it becomes clogged and is very difficult to clean even following the online instructions

Had a few of these pens in the past but wanted one with a bit of a thinner nib. I find this one to be the perfect size for my style of writing. Ink flow is great and the nub is smooth on any kind of paper. You literally cannot go wrong for the price! Delivery was super quick and I just can't fault the service!

I find this pen really comfortable to write with. I don't often get on with many fountain pens but I love the Joi range. I've bought a few of these now and I put different inks in them.

Damit kann man ein wunderschönes Schriftbild erstellen. Liegt gut in der Hand und gleitet sehr schön auf dem Papier. Bin begeistert für den günstigen Preis.

Necesitaba esta pluma Lamy para mi caligrafía, y el plumín 1.9 a sido perfecto.

No soy un gran experto en plumas, vaya esto por delante. La pluma está bien para escribir con punta biselada (o cuadrada). No había utilizado nunca y cumple su función muy bien
