Too thick of a mud bed
The amount of mud to use this is insane. It also is not easy as you cant swoop with this, you have to use another knife to bring the mud in. It was cheap, so I figured I would try it, but it will be going in the garbage.

Too much hassle and poor results.
It's a pain it use and finishes the edges poorly. Requires a lot of finish sanding to feather it out properly. Just use a regular wide knife and avoid this gimmicky thing.

It certainly helps
I don’t do this for a living but I have some experience. This isn’t going to make your work perfect, but it made it a lot easier and I would recommend it to the diy’ers
