Brilliant for freezing pies

I use this product to cook in my airfryer - its great!! Just the right size and sturdy, the sides dont flop as some similar products do - easily washable, reusable and recyclable. These foil trays are going to last a long time - - sorry seller, will be a while before I order again :)!

These are not as described ! They are wider at the top than the bottom .When I requested a return I received a message from seller ordering me not to return them unless I was aware that returns are not free. Also the returns form has to printed out etc. Will not buy from, or recommend this seller to anyone.

Wonderful. I was making up a packet of biscuit base and one of cheese cake mix. You mix the biscuit base with hot butter in a pan till you are happy and spoon it into the aluminium dish. Press the base down with the rounded base of a spoon. Try to make the edges seal to the aluminium. Let it go COLD. A while later make up the cheese cake mix with milk and whisk to make sure all powder is absorbed. Pour on the now cold biscuit base and put it in the fridge to set. Later you can cut the cheese cake and share it it be greedy like me and eat from the aluminium tray. This deeper tray is also good for Lemon meringue pie as the deep sides allow the meringue to be high.Personally I make a biscuit base out of broken digestive biscuits and hot butter. Let go COLD later pour lemon mix on the base. Let it go COLD again and later make up meringue making little peaks and grill it. I can use the top grill in my microwave but not the microwave function while food in the trays. Just let the meringue brown a tiny bit.These trays can also be used to hold little pastry items while you freeze them. For instance two small pasty shapes you have baked .The 7" round size fits perfectly in my 8" hot air fryer. You can freeze in the trays but take out before you microwave.
