Knightsbridge CS2AB Square Edge 1G Light Switch - Antique Brass

It looks nice and appears very similar to the MK product it replaced after 40 years! I hope that I get the same life out of this one!

It was fairly easy to install like for like. It looks nice. It switches on without much of a pause and minimal fiddling was required to set the right dimming level. Pleased.

I bought this switch because my existing dimmer switch wasn't suitable for led lights. Kinightsbridge has been a very reliable brand in the past so I was somewhat disappointed when I fitted it and it didn't dim the lights. I eventually discoverd from the minutely small instructions that there is an adjustment screw on the rear of the switch that you have to turn clockwise to vary the amount of dimming you require. This worked and the switch now dims perfectly.

Slightly smaller than our old metal switch...looks great and quality product, switch nice and smooth

By having a dimmer setting switch incorporated makes it easy to set the minimum light without the bulbs turning off completely, a great function.

1st one I bought, 2 of the switches wouldn't dim at all. Amazon let me keep it, and gave me a full refund, and I purchased another one.This 2nd one, there was one switch that constantly flashed no matter what I set the max and min dim to on the rear of the socket. I switched it over with a working switch that I still had from my 1st purchase.Not great considering the price of these things. Although they are one of the cheapest of its kind on the market, you'd still expect it to work properly.UPDATE. 2 days in, and another switch has started to flash. Only when it's been off for a while. Once it warms up its OK. Wierd! Going to swap that switch over with the final working switch from my 1st purchase. Not good Amazon/knightsbridge.
