I have purchased eight bottles of these pre-probiotics and I had my gallbladder removed and this has helped before my surgery and after my surgery to help digest the food better it’s easy to take. It’s a small little capsule. It smells good doesn’t taste like anything and I can honestly feel a difference when I eat and take this pill. I do not regret buying eight bottles highly recommend.

To me this product is a quality brand. It works well for me. It helps in restoring my digestive system in which I have issues with at times. It is easy to swallow. And it is formulated by a doctor. I would certainly buy it again.

Over the years, I have spent a fortune on prebiotics and probiotics. I have used many very well known and quality brands. A friend turned me on to this Dr. Berg's product. OMG!!! - firstly I LOVE the smell of these capsules; when I put the opened container up to my nose and inhale - it is so fresh, clean and a wonderfully inviting smell. I have been using these now for about 6 weeks and my body is telling me YES, YES, YES - these are the exact ones for me. I love that each capsule also contains very natural pre-biotic ingredients. They seem to really aid my digestion also. My rest has been better, even though I like to take these first thing in the morning. I feel like I am benefiting from these in many areas of my body - which I find very interesting. I am sooo happy I found these!!! Some weeks I,ve been taking them every other day and some times, every day. I think you will find your own dosage requirement if you try them yourself. I find these to be very economical, compared to prices I have paid in the past for other probiotics.
