Value for money in a green box!
Tested out of the packaging with a 2004 Fender Stratocaster 50th Anniversary American Series and a 2007 Gibson Les Paul Standard into a 2000s Fender Blues Junior. Battery compartment easily accessible or works off PSU-both not included though. Plenty of fuzz on tap from even minimal settings. Mid cut {scoop} switch is a very useable variation. Octave Up is a bit random-seems depend on how fuzz and tone are set-sometimes it sounds like octave up, sometimes down, but either way it's a useful additional voicing. Sounds a bit more articulate with the Strat than the Les Paul, as you would expect. Overall, definitely worth a go based on first impressions, though it is far too soon to give an opinion on reliability yet-construction seems pretty solid though.

Does what it says it’ll do, and does it well.
+VESGreat range of overdrive tones available.Very sturdy bodyEasy to useThe bypass mode works well – totally quietGreat priceYou’re going to have to pay lots more to improve on this.-VESIt’s a good job the bypass mode is so effective – because ‘on and not playing’ there was background noiseI’ve had nicer feeling foot buttons.

Great value and a great pedal
Great product for a fantastic price. Tuner is bright, accurate and really easy to use. Power distro works really well, too. Currently running five pedals, inl dude a digital Leslie sim without any extraneous noise.

Great sounding tremolo, amazing value
If you are seeking an unfussy, solid, great sounding tremolo pedal, and don't want to break the bank, the Joyo offers all those things in a rugged, attractive package.I spent some time researching the options, and watched a few of the product comparison videos you will quickly find if you search, concluding that this was the one to try first. Now integrated into my pedal board, I find this a completely satisfying tremolo sound, and everything about the physical presentation of the pedal points to a unit that could just as easily be priced closer to the £100 mark. The pedal offers true bypass, which is an important feature for a quality pedal. When in operation, it has a nice vintage feel.Often with music equipment you get what you pay for, but there are now many absolutely credible alternatives with guitar pedals at far lower prices, so don't be tempted to think this is cheap sounding. It sounds lovely.

phaser set to stun
if you know what a phaser does, then skip this first bit, for newbies or gift buyers read on.... a phaser is an electric 'foot' operated pedal box that you plug a guitar or other instrument into then connect to an amplifier, when activated it takes the sound in and alters the phase of the sound depending on the setting resulting in a pleasant or not (opinions and players vary) distorted sound heavily used in the 60s - 80s. for the rest :- pedals like people are not all created equal and phasers are no diferent. i have tried phasers included on multi effect pedals, with wide varying results, but even the best multi effects only allow for 1 effect at a time. single effects range from nails on a blackboard to subtle but mortgage level master in a box. I needed a good phaser at cheap price, scoured the ads and settled on this, metal body, no battery, single knob what had I done ? WELL lets see, metal body, great, no horrific cracking if used with divers boots. No battery, double edge sword, theres the inconvenience of a mains connection , but theres no battery to die mid gig. Single knob, easy to set up, adjust, mark with a sharpie done, instand reset if its disturbed and none of that knobs for volume, gain, attack, decay, tea strength, beam up/down. one knob simples. Sound :- the level of the effect is done by turning the captain proteus 1940s - 60s sci fi style knob, which is just the right amount of sensetive. tones are right on spot. on/off stomp button is crisp. This isnt a £9.99 flimsy unit that hurts the ears, neither is it a £200 symphony in a box, its a cheapish effects pedal that does its job and does it well.

Essential Tool for Guitarists
This series of Joyo pedals are quite amazing. They will bring any small amp to life with a clever blend of EQ and tone shaping. Plenty of seasoned players use them, for good reason. The California (white) pedal gives the cleanest rounded tones and the American (bronze) has a little bit more hair but both are rich and full. Just get one as they are silly cheap for what they are.

Okay
It's good for a low budget pedal, but felt like it was missing a bit of the low end kick I wanted
