i bought two for me and my partner. bloody things deflated half way up a mountain in scotland on our first night of a 6 night camping trip. was not impressed. - However they have since refunded me all of my money. - have asked me to remove review. i don't feel that i should but i have bumped it from 1 - 3

This mattress was very comfy. I have spent a lifetime of being uncomfortable on camping mattresses, and vowing never to go again. However, as my daughter loves camping I thought I'd have one last try. There were no instructions with it when it came (the only negative thing about the purchase), and when it self-inflated I thought it didn't look inflated enough, and looked online to see others had recommended blowing it up (by mouth) a little more. I was disappointed with the comfort of it, so looked online again, to see further comments recommended not topping it up. So I tried again, just letting it self-inflate. And although it looks only partially inflated, it actually works much better like this. It was very comfortable, and I had no bad back the following morning, and even managed a second night under canvas. I can now plan future camping trips without worrying about this aspect of things.

I haven't used this outside yet but it feels good on the carpet. However, this mat is 185cm long when half inflated (i.e. the most comfortable amount) and NOT 205cm as stated, which as I am 193cm tall is the reason I bought it. However, I sleep in an 'S' shape on my side so it ought not be a problem. 1 star deducted for misrepresentation.

Bought this for my sons trip abroad with scouts where he was told that he would be sleeping in a tent on gravel ground so “bring a decent sleeping mat”. Decided on this one and we were not disappointed. We tried it at home first by letting it self inflate and then just adding a last puff of air to make sure there was enough air in to keep him off the ground. If was comfortable at home and he said it was really comfortable whilst abroad and that he slept really well on it while some of his friends with the more traditional under mats didn’t sleep well at all.

Disappointed, it deflated on first use. Wouldn't recommend. Update... Very good service from supplier, they sent out a new mat immediately. So far haven't actually slept on the new one but it appeared to stay inflated on the floor overnight.

Bought this product for my grandson for scouts ok first 2 times for 1 night camp, next time for one week camp and mattress went flat on first night will not stay inflated, I have tried in a bath of water when inflated by blowing into the inlet no apparent puncture it appears that the material has become porous and so no longer able to stay inflated as leaks from the entire thing. if you want somthing that will last for more than a couple of nights don't buy this product

It's good will do the job does not really inflate itself. Also mail man left it outside my door which anybody could of taken.
