Pros- slick look, hides well, colors blend, comfortable, semi-easy to put on, great quality, good price. Cons- not good for fat fingers because the top button is tuff to get the elastic ring over to assist the button stretch and go through the hole. Solod A (90%) grade for quality and price.

Pretty fragile. I’d you have a thicker neck this gives you like another inch of clearance for your top collar button to affix a tie or if you don’t know how to tie one a clip on. Overall works but if you forget and yank your collar too hard it’ll snap.

These are a life saver. I wear large shirts, but my neck is a little bigger than a normal large shirt fits. These make it very comfortable to wear a tie. I never feel Like I have to unbutton the top button to breathe. Great value for the money.
