Comedy in which two teenagers with nothing in common are brought together in a very unexpected way. Woody (Kevin Zegers) and Nell (Samaire Armstrong) have been next door neighbours since childhood, but couldn't be any different. He's a jock, she's a nerd, she's graduating to Yale, he's going to a second rate college on a football scholarship. Nell and Woody are not at all friendly and normally have nothing to say to one another, but one day during a class field trip to a historical museum, the two fall under the spell of an Incan icon and when they awake the next morning, Woody's mind is in Nell's body, and vice versa. Neither is comfortable with their sudden gender switch or having to assume the other's personalities, but they quickly realise that until they can find a way to reverse the spell, they have to work together.

Take it from a 20 year old male American
This movie rocks! I saw some clips on YouTube and although I'm more into movies like The Matrix and Saw and Spiderman I got curious and went looking for it at Blockbuster. They told me they never heard of it!!! So I went online and found it on Amazon.co.uk and bought it. I am glad I did. The 2 leading actors are incredible!!! There is one scene that blew me away with the acting ability of Samaire Armstrong. Woody in Nell's body is in the showers in the locker room and the facial expressions she made had me rewind the movie and watch again because I thought that Samaire's character was being played by a boy!!!!! That is how good she is!!!! Kevin Zegers isn't bad himself he acts like he has never seen himself before. I don't want to give specifics but you get the picture. This is a hilarious movie and I was surprises at how much stuff you can put in a children's movie. I loved it and yes I am straight. I wish this movie would come to the US because it would be a big hit but I don't think that will happen because of the content. Well say hi to the Queen for me and I hope you will see this wonderful movie. On a side note not many American High School boys are like what Woody and Horse are portrayed in the movie.

Another take on the movie 'Vice Versa,' but with a twist! Enjoy!
Another take on the earlier movie 'Vice Versa,' but with a twist. This time instead of father and son trading places, it's two people who are complete opposites, she a studious and somewhat aloof girl and he a sort of 'fun guy' who loves American football, hanging out with friends, listen to rock music and play practical jokes. Will their 'body swap' experience teach them to like each other? you will have to watch it and see.... 5 stars for

Be prepared from some potentially awkward questions if watching with younger people
Love this film and have watched it many years ago. It is a little dated with their LGBTQ+ references but I was not offended and took this to be 'of it's time' and an example of what not to say now - but a very small element of the film. The actors are superb with an underlying positive message wrapped up in good natured humour.

could watch it over and over again
this film is so easy and enjoyable to watch! apart from the unrealistic concept for the film it was brilliant! the idea is unrealistic however it makes a great movie and is aas believeable as it could be. i found the acting brilliant and there are many hilarious lines, actions and manorisms made by the two leads which make it very enjoyable to watch. the actors fit prefectly into the rolse as if they really have body-swapped!

What Happened to the Rock?
The music credits listed BTO and Deep Purple, but I didn't hear them at all and I thought our boy listened to Rock, but all we got was Rap! Ugh!!! Did someone change the soundtrack?Apart from that it was a pretty funny movie - albeit totally predictable. It's been done before, but that doesn't mean it's not fun to watch.
