What’s the difference between this and f100l in the needle bottle ?

As i understand the situation, It is that most of the cleaning solutions, including f100l are specifically designed as contact cleaners. There are claims that using these on carbon track potentiometers can cause migration of the carbon from the resistance track, particularly where the metallic contacts are attached. Faderlube is specially formulated to prevent this happening, and to stop the ultimate failure of the component due to this migration. Hope this is helpful.
