Seems ok, not really noticed a difference, but could be as not been taking for that long

I have purchased these vitamins twice now on the basis that they are a good price and easy to take. Of course you can never really know if vitamins are working unless you get a blood test done. Which I did - last week. Pleased to say my vit D levels showed as good. So I'm happy with these and will continue to purchase them!
