This item is a must! Hubby likes to get the large bottles, but he doesn't drink it after open and it's flat the next day. This item works similar to a wine opener or cork screw. Put the cap straight on, then lift the sides like a cork screw. Those silver rivers are hinges. When you life each side it looks like wings or a cork screw. put the sides back down and restart. I love these.

Superb idem!!! I am a single women who like Crémant de Bourgogne, Champagne as well as Val de France Apple or apple/raspberry sparkling juice but only drink like one glass. I had a bottle of Cremant de Bourgogne Rose open and closed with the HYZ Champagne Stopper and I my last glass 2 weeks after opening the bottle and it was sparkling just like if I had just opened the bottle. FORMIDABLE!!!! I bought 2 sets so I can have various bottles opened and not going to waste.

I grew up thinking a metal spoon left in the open bottle overnight would keep my bubbly, well, bubbly - it doesn't. These bottle stoppers work great for keeping those unfinished bottles of prosecco or champagne fizzy and bubbly in the fridge overnight until I'm ready to finish them off the next day. Cute pink color. Good seal. Very easy to apply to bottle neck. Comes with 2 stoppers in the package. They do exactly what they are supposed to do so I'm happy with my purchase.

Easy to use. I opened a bottle of champagne on a Friday and drank half of it and used the HYZ Stopper. When we opened it back up a week later the bubbles were as vibrant as when the bottle was opened a week earlier.

I've had many champagne stoppers over the years and they've always been fine, but never make enough of a seal with the bottle to prevent the champagne from going flat after 12-24 hours. You can imagine my shock to open one of these stoppers after the first use and have it pop like a cork because of the pressure behind it. It works so well, it kept one bottle of champagne bubbly and tasting like it was newly opened for 3 days. The silicone stopper is shaped like a cup and sits inside the mouth of the bottle, this helps seal the bottle better than the other models (see attached photos). It is easy to wash after use. The trick to getting a good seal is making sure to press down on the center button as you close the wings to cup the bottle. To make sure that your stopper doesn't go flying when you open it (like it did to me once!), make sure to push down on the center button as you lift the wings and slowly release the pressure.

Very impressed with this top, it fits brilliantly and you can tell by the way the prosecco fizzes on opening it again the next day how it has preserved the bubbles.

It works in sparkling wine, keeps the bubble a day or two, haven’t try it more than 3 days. It’s leak-free for the Prosecco I’ve drank. However, it doesn’t work that well on red wine bottle, it couldn’t lock for sure, so I don’t even bother to test if my red wine will leak. My conclusion is, it works, worth the money, but it’s not universal and really depends on how’s the bottle shape.
