It has worked best for me to take this supplement after my evening meal or right before bed. I have wanted to try natural supplements that could be multi-purpose, and I saw these, so I decided to give them a try. I really liked them, and I'm happy with them. I sleep much better and feel well-rested, calmer, clear-minded, and energetic. Curiously, I started to sleep better right from day one of taking the supplement. I have also noticed that it is helping me to normalize my menstrual cycle. Of course, I could not say 100% that it is because of the pills, but that's the only thing I'm doing differently now. Overall I feel more balanced, so from my experience, they work perfectly. The pills are yellow and a bit big, but I don't have any problem since they are easy to swallow. The other thing is that they do have a smell, but I like it. It is a sweet herbal smell.

A good, everyday supplement to help keep one's body in line. These are a natural Ayurveda blend to help cover all of your daily needs. Especially good for your immune system, though many of these ingredients can be helpful for all sorts of other things. I like that they are made in the USA which should ensure that you receive a safe and clean supplement. Easy to take. So far, I've not had any unwanted aftertastes, even from the garlic, or any other sorts of irritations. Kind of like eating a well balanced diet, but just tiny bites of goodness.
