Maybe it's just me..................
I found the "Assembly instructions" to put it mildly somewhat vague. It took me about two hours (yep) to finally get all the bits together. Half this time was spent as follows. The plastic end bits for the long legs needed a good bash to get them on. The crafty, fiddly method of fitting the "wheel leg"to the long standing leg was a pain in the butt. The wheels with the bit you have to break off and utilise to then stop the wheels from falling off was another part of the jigsaw- like poorly illustrated assembly instructions. You would think fitting the actual body of this unit together would be a doddle. It looks easy doesn't it. Have fun. By the way; all you folk who complain about not having a metal tray supplied for the spent charcoal - use a double sheet of aluminium foil under the charcoal and chuck it away when everything has cooled down. Easy peasy. Good job something was. I bought this to replace a big old ancient Weber kettle job. Not the best decision I ever made.

Best BBQ ever
I did a fair bit of research before buying this BBQ and had specific requirements due to where I wanted to put it. I would add that I also purchased the coals tray, the warming tray (which slots over the back) and the coals starter which is absolutely the bees knees. The BBQ itself I found pretty easy to put together but I wanted it against a wall, but removable, I cut off the bottom of the legs and made two wooden slots out of bits of fence posts so that the cut off legs would slide down and hold it steady. I have to say it is the best BBQ I have ever owned, and I have had quite a few in my 66 years. I bought this 2 years ago and it is still as good as new despite many times used.

Good solid barbecue
Order was dispatched promptly, came well boxed with easy to understand instructions for assembly, I have an impact driver with hex fittings so assembly took 15 minutes at most, mostly stainless nuts and bolts with 6 small screws for the wheels. Really solid barbecue. Have ordered the shelf. Unfortunately I’ve not been able to get the charcoal tray for the large model, seems to be out of stock everywhere, I just used 2 foil roasting trays, worked perfectly. All in all we’ll pleased.

This barbeque is excellent in terms of build quality
This barbeque is excellent in terms of build quality: good solid materials used. The only two points which I think would improve it would be:a) as others have also said, the coal tray should really be included, but more importantly,b) the cooking area is wide enough at 62cm but is quite thin at 25cm, which could do with widening to at least 35.These two points would make it perfect.

Good value
This is quite a good BBQ. Can easily adjust the cooking height which is why I chose it. Once assembled its sturdy. Nice size.

10 years lasted this model in medium version.
I had the medium version for 10 years, was kept ouside in the garden, uncovered, and considering the British weather, is astonishing. It was also used quite often actually.

One of the best quality charcoal BBQs I've used.
Probably one of the best quality charcoal BBQ brands out there.Solid thick steel, with a grill that will make the more effeminate "man" struggle to lift it.If looked after, I'd imagine these would last for years, easily. And if you use the charcoal tray and proper cover with it, you'll be leaving it to your grand kids in your will.

Good and robust bbq
Nice, big and robust bbq. The instructions were diagrammatic and you had to look closely and think about how exactly you would assemble it.
