Since discovering it in Italy many years ago, this has been our favourite premium olive oil. Two bottles last us a year as we use a standard extra virgin for normal cooking. At nearly £30 it may seem expensive, but it comes out at a few pence per serving. But for Amazon delivery it is categorised together with knives and alcohol for age 18 delivery!

Changed my review because I don't know anything about olive oil. I'd originally stated it smelt like fish and therefore thought it was off. Anyway, someone I know who is something of an olive oil connoisseur tasted it very recently and said that A) it smelt the way olive oil is supposed to smell and, B) it was delicious on his salad. So there you go! He was happy.

E' uno dei migliori oli che abbia assaggiato nella mia vita. Il costo non è accessibile per la vita di tutti i giorni, ma ottima l'idea di farsi passare uno sfizio o di fare un regalo prestigioso. Ne ho acquistate due, una per me e una da donare a un Amico che ne capisce, perchè se si regala a qualcuno per cui l'olio è tutto uguale non vale la pena. E' un olio per intenditori.

Conosco questo olio da molti anni. La qualità è molto elevata, un prodotto eccezionale, riservato a veri estimatori. E' importante sapere che la ricchezza in polifenoli provoca un leggero pizzicore alla gola che potrebbe non essere apprezzato da tutti. Leggendo alcune recensioni passate avevo il timore che mi potesse arrivare un prodotto di annate precedenti. Invece posso confermare che si tratta proprio del raccolto 2020.

Once you test it you can tell this product is not fake and i really happy i found this and i recommend this product to any one who wants taste real olive oil.
