Just like back home...
This is a very good quality of sause. I used to buy it back home in the States. Of course I dolled it up with more chillies and oregano and thyme.. and just mix and heat the sause . Ready to eat in minutes

Less spicy more sour. Nice for pickle lovers.
I used this in Maggie, along with tomato and soya sauce, and some herbs, and it was good. It added a new kind of flavour. What I felt is: it tastes less spicy compared to it's sourness. If anybody wants to add it in their dish, and it's not a sour dish, it will need lot more suger to balance the taste. If anybody loves sour dishes like pickles, then maybe they'll love it.

Seal not airtight!
Seal wasn’t airtight and the product had already spilt outside. Watery part haf leaked into the packaging!

Fungus on the inner lining of the lid
The packaging had food debris on it, indicating that the bottle had been opened before. This opening had led to rotting and fungi on the inner lining of the lid. Absolutely disgusting how this wasn’t even checked properly. I received the bottle yesterday and i could not have been more dissatisfied.
