Julia - thank you for your question. We work directly with Lallemand, hence our yeasts are always fresh! On average, our yeasts have 1 to 2 years of expiration left. Our current batch of 71B expires January 2026. So you will have plenty of time to use these packets. As well, Lalvin yeasts are very robust and many costumers keeep using them past their expiry date. You can extend the yeast ability to ferment by keeping them on your refrigerator or making sure it never exceeds 15c temperature. Hope this information is useful!
