I'm thrilled to find a formulation with both MK4 and MK7 forms or Vitamin K2. Most K2 Vitamins only have MK7 because it lasts longer in the body (important). Even though the half-life of MK4 is shorter in the body it still works great when taken daily. There are many great scientific articles about the benefits of taking both (not sure if I can link out from here). In addition to finding the combo, the price point was great! I'm taking this, in combination with Vitamin D3, in lieu of taking and bisphosphonate class of drugs ("bone" medicines) - which can leave you with fun stuff like osteonecrosis of the jaw (just google the pictures - rare, but if you are one of the unlucky ones, you are essentially scr***d) or spiral fractures. It's not a magic pill, you still have to exercise. =)

I purchased this hoping to strengthen bones and teeth. I've gone through several reorders. I can't tell whether bones and teeth have benefited. However I noticed my fingernails are stronger/tougher in the winter months when they used to break easily. Perhaps the K 2Mk4-Mk-7 is the reason. In the summer Vitamin D from sunshine alone strengthens my nails. Now they're strong year-round.

After reading anecdotes of Vitamin K2 helping restore calcium to the teeth, I was amazed after having taken this supplement for six months, that my dentist could not even find the "watch" area she'd had on my chart for three years! It must work. Now, having just found out that I have osteopenia, I am trusting that this supplement is also helping my bones too. This is the only single product I could find (that I could afford) that combines MK4 and MK7. Thank you!

I recommend you read the book, "Vitamin K2 and the Calcium Paradox." Based on April 2011 article in British Medical Journal. The advantages of taking K2, same amt of A and D3 are incredible. I no longer have any sign of blood clots (you can't take Vit K and blood thinner at same time). Vitamins can reverse type 2 diabetes, and other benefits. Doctors in US only study Vitamins for one semester--and they do not know if take same amount of Vit A and D3, no toxicity for Vit A. Combination also prevent Alzheimer's. Worth every penny spend on vitamins, and no side effects from take prescription medications.

I just love it! No reaction, no gastric upset and I feel like its a natural product. My body usually reactions weird to so many chemicals in foods and vaccines. This product works just fine for me so far!

How many of you have ever found an empty capsule from Big Pharma? I found one in my last batch of vit K's. This was only the second order. I was a researcher for Big Pharma. I Hope the good Dr's check their quality control. What else might they be missing? I feel really good lately (less or no sciatica). I've lost some weight, work out regularly and do floor work (stretching & core) as well. I also started eating Mcintosh apples, so who knows. I am a one man double blind study. I have no placebo effect..YEMV

Love the amount of mk4 and mk7 in this supplement. From what I understand k2 is needed to carry the calcium to the bones and teeth. Without it the calcium could be going to the arteries instead! K2 vitamin d and calcium work together. I take with some fat since they are fat soluble vitamins.
