Finicky but convenient
The app for this lock brand is finicky and slow to respond. We opted to use the keypad to make it easier to unlock the door. The lock disconnected from the keypad several times and needed to be reconnected. There isn't a fingerprint reader on it. And it is very slow, each time we lock the door we have to wait about 5-10 seconds for it to actually engage. But it works okay for our needs.
