Purchased this steamer to help soften the material on the brim of my new hats. This steamer heats up very quick and works perfect. Also used it to take wrinkles out of a shirt when I had no iron. With the decent size water tank I don’t have to constantly keep filling it up. The compact size makes it perfect for travel as well. Highly recommended.

Bought this knowing we had an upcoming trip and our old travel steamer was getting old, and was quite bulky. It just stopped working 4 days into our 3-week long international trip. It wasn't dropped. It wasn't mishandled. It was used properly, and one morning just wouldn't turn on outside of a slight burnt plastic smell every time I clicked the power button. The only plus side is it heated up quickly when it did work. But even when it did work, it would sputter way too much and not really steam anything very well. A complete waste of money. I had low expectations knowing that this is likely just some cheap China-made junk, but even then I wasn't prepared for how much I got ripped off here. Do not buy this. Go to an actual store and get something for the same price that's 10x better. That's what we ended up doing and what I wish we did before I bought this.

I wish I had bought one of these years ago. It's so easy to use - add water and it starts steaming within a few seconds. This packs neatly for travel and is lightweight - but I also find myself using it at home rather than our bigger one because it's so convenient and effective. Just add water and start steaming the garment.

It works, and it's very compact. So for tight travel purposes, it's a fine product. But it's not perfect. First of all, the water reservoir is a pain depending on the hotel sink. If you don't have enough room you have to resort to using hotel cups to get water in the damn thing. This resulted in a lot of spilling and swearing the first time I used it. Also, it doesn't do a great job steaming cause it's so tiny, but in a pinch it will get your clothes to a decent state. Will definitely not replace an iron or quality steamer if you really need to look tip top. If you just need something to freshen up t shirts that were squished in luggage, this will do just fine. But for professional applications, doesn't work well enough to replace an iron. Which sucks because I can't iron for my life. Still 3/5 cause it works and I guess for it's compact size it's a forgivable tradeoff compared to my large home steamer.

I love this travel steamer! A work colleague recommended it. We both travel a lot for our jobs and I’d mentioned trying to steam clothes with the hot water in the shower. She told me about this steamer and it has changed everything. It heats up quickly and does a thorough job. I’m no longer wasting water and my clothes are wrinkle-free. Love the long cord - I can always find a place to plug it in near where my clothes can be hung for steaming.

Nice and compact, and works very well for a light-weight item. Perfect for travel within North America (can't be used in Europe)

For the single time that this worked, the product was leaky, and it has now stopped heating at all so only leaks. I chose this model cause it looked sleek and portable but the construction is cheap. Avoid.

It has good steam quality for its size. If you need a steamer that's light in the hand which makes it easy to use it's a great choice. I had one before and this has a bit more power with ease of use which makes a huge difference in daily use
