it feels smooth enough with a mouse, but it is not at all a cloth surface, feels like plastic rather

Bought this product but what I got was not what is there in the description.There are no stitched edges,The surface is not Microfiber Cloth,The dimensions are also wrong, the height is 16 inches, not 11.8.
