do you have to oil the wheel bearings?

We haven't done anything to the wheels. Through seven months of nearly daily use, the wheels have done well on walks in the neighborhood, over sidewalks, streets, and grass. They handle the bumps, except for potholes and curbs. At outdoor high school athletic events, we load it up with our lawn chairs, and I push it up a dirt path to a grassy knoll. The handles had to be tightened on two occasions, but the wheels have been holding their own.

Hi would this be ok for a tall 2nd grader to use daily for school?It has a seatbelt and wide back.

It should work, I’m 5’4” and raised the handles. If it’s used mostly as a wheelchair iv wouldn’t recommend it for daily use, but if it’s used for both it would be a great option.

Can someone give me the dimensions of box used to ship this item to be assembled?

This is perfect for those who aren’t as stable walking anymore. It’s easy to use and has been so helpful. When she’s not feeling up to standing, she can sit on it. The color is great and the design was made to be simplistic.

I would love to give this all terrain Rollator/Transport 5 stars however, I needed a special part to reattach the backrest [which fell off by coming unscrewed and fell on the ground] to properly reconnect it to the arm rest and the chair itself. I asked for help to get the part and never got a response.

Feels sturdy. Hard to put together. Only problem is the way the foot rests work. They should fold and clip which would make them safer for airplane travel. I'm afraid they'll fall off if the chair gets tossed around.
