I like how it lathers and also the smell. It makes my hair feel very clean but can feel a little drying at times. I alternate it with a moisturizing shampoo.

This shampoo has been a big help to me. After going through midlife, my hair changed and was terrible. It would take forever to blow dry, it was dry and brittle. This shampoo has helped a lot to restore its softness and it dries faster.

I found this shampoo made my hair dull no shine and it didn't feel clean. It made my scalp very dry also. I love the vegan aspect of this so I may try another Pacifica shampoo.

Too heavy for my hair + hard water
I have very thick hair. I wanted to like this shampoo and conditioner, but having super hard water in my area, it just became to heavy for may hair. I do love their Rosemary shampoo.
