Yes, both sides are sticky. I used it to attach to cement as well for artificial grass. It’s worked well with rain and the weather so far. Haven’t replaced for about a year now, and it’s still good.

What do you mean by hot melt pressure sensitive? Do you need some type of heating gun?

It is probably Chinese for it may or may not stick
