Hey guys, lets play board game setup simulator.
The game itself is fantastic, the content is well written and well implemented. and all of the new mechanics bring depth and immersion to the game.However, a word to the wise: This is not a short game to play or set up.With this we now have 2 of the board expansions for Arkham Horror and it took well over half-an-hour for six of us to set up, As for playing, you'd better have the best part of a day put aside. we're talking 4-5 hrs playtime with 2 expansions.TL:DR : Great game, very long run-time

A great expansion!!!
Welcome expansion to a great game. I had to choose between this and Dunwich expansion, a hard choice, but I went with Innsmouth as it features in my favourite Lovecraft story.

Complicated but well put together
Myself and my partner bought this to play at Christmas. Wow, we spent an hour plus setting up and that was not including taking the pieces apart. We will persevere, we haven't played any games like this for years. We checked tutorial on you tube, very interesting. Mansions of Madness would aparrently make an easier game for us to start with according to reviews. What I really liked about this game is you work as a team together not against each other, we both work full time so need a day or two out.
