The company seems to be registered in the USA. If you are concerned about the quality (e.g. is it dispatched from China) then it's not the best. It's flimsy, doesn't stand up very well, the tail falls of a lot and it's generally quite tacky.

Hi Nigel, I don’t think that particular model has batteries. Be careful with the hands though, we have 2 and both of them broke!

What is the pull out bit on the tail with the sticker for ?

You can scan them on a app. A must for my grandson. Unfortunately on my phone.
