I recently tried these Suji Rusks and they have become my favorite tea-time snack. They are very fresh, light, and perfectly crispy, making them ideal for dipping in tea or coffee. The sweetness is well balanced, not too much, and the mild elaichi flavor adds a lovely aroma. I also appreciate that they are completely eggless, which makes them a good choice for vegetarians. Quality is good but comparatively cost is very very high. Local rusks with identical quality are less than half the price.
