Great product, repeat purchases, latest round is super late
I've bought this repeatedly, it's inexpensive (but shipping is high) and our rabbit loves it. This time the item has been quite delayed, last expected date to arrive was several days ago and it's still not here. For that price of shipping I expect better. Other than that, the product itself is excellent, maybe it's complicated to shift this far to our location...

Guinness love them
Guinea Pigs love them. I break them into quarters and put them in a bowl. The marigold one is the favourite and is gobbled up, the others are eaten more slowly but still eaten. I have them on a subscription as it works out cheaper and I give them one every few days for the month.

Broken breakfast cookies
I've bought these breakfast cookies before with other items and they arrived in perfect condition. These however, were packaged in a cardboard A4 envelope and consequently half of the cookies are broken and damaged. I can't use the fine bits, so i lost some of the product. I'm very disappointed and won't be buying them again. My rabbits love these, that's why I gave more stars. The product is good, the packaging was very poor.

I did not expect to throw away most of the cookies since they were crumbled. Total disappointment and wasted money.

First, my rabbit really liked the one treat. But, it was just one treat. The rest was a bag of powder and crumbs. Normally this company makes products my rabbit likes, but when most of the product has turned to dust, I just cannot justify the high price.

Most of these cookies were broken up and at least a third of the bag (probably 2/3 of the cookies) were turned to dust. My piggies were not crazy about the actual cookies that survived either. Maybe 3 of my 8 guinea pigs actually liked them.
